Problem: A serverside change has occurred and a security certificate error is occurring when attempting to send and receive emails.


Step 1: From your Samsung Device's settings panel, select "Lock screen and security"


Step 2: From the new settings panel that appears select "Other security settings"


Step 3: From the new settings panel that appears select "Clear credentials". You may be asked to enter your device's password or pin to complete the action.


Step 4: After a brief moment, you should be returned to the settings panel with a small brief notice saying "Certificates Cleared".

You should now have resolved the issue.
