For Basic & Standard Hosting Products:

For these products, there are two methods for accessing cPanel:

• You can go to cpanel.yourwebsiteaddress.com - with the domain suffix being adjusted to reflect your own i.e. .com.au and .net.au.
• https://r132.syd1.hostingplatform.net.au:2083/

* For clients who have a new eCommerce hosting service provisioned after January, 2018, you can log into your hosting instance's cPanel by going to https://cpanel.aictechnologies.com.au.
