AIC Technologies will handle the entire migration process on your behalf but to get started we need two sets of details:
- A username and password for your current hosting provider
- A username and password for your current domain registry
If you do not have access to your current hosting provider account. WordPress login details can be used, but this may incur additional fees. If you do not know your current WordPress login details you can reset your password using the guide found here.
If you do not have access to your domain registry, and you have an Australian domain name ending with .au such as mydomain.com.au we can normally recover your domain for you.
