Note: If you do not have a DropBox account, you can learn how to create one here.

We recommend DropBox for sharing files with us that are larger than 50MB (too large to email) and less than 2GB. Creating and using a basic account is free. However, when sharing a file or folder with us please remember to share the folder either via a link or view email as "view only".

Only select "can edit" as an alternative to "view only", when asked to do so. The reason for this is when "can edit" is selected, the sharing of the content counts towards our storage limit with our DropBox account. Whereas, selecting "view only", allows us to view and access content without it counting toward our our account's storage limit. Storing every folder shared with us is not practical because of the volume of content that is shared with us.

How to share content with us via a link:

Step 1. Once logged in to your Dropbox account, navigiate to the file or folder that you wish to share and click or tap the Share option found on the right handside of the content's line.

Step 2. With the new panel open as shown below, click or tap Create Link.

Step 3. Now click copy link.

Step 4. A green notice will now appear, you have now copied the shareable link to your device's clipboard.

Step 5. You can now share the link with us via email. To do so just send as an email and paste the link into the email. To do this on Windows, right click with your mouse on the intended spot for the link and select paste from the menu that appears by left clicking on it. The link should now be visible in your email and is ready to be sent.
