To add or remove email forwarding for a user/email account simply log into Webmail using the link below:


Once you have entered your username (email address) and password, and have logged in. Click the menu icon found on the top right of the interface, a white drop-down menu will appear, from the menu select Settings.



A settings window will now appear. From the options on the left-hand side, click on " Incoming Mail", then from the 3 new tabs found at the top of the settings window (popup) select "Forwarding", you can now change the status of forwarding on or off, by clicking the desired option.


If you are enabling forwarding, once you have changed the status of forwarding to on, you will need to enter in the email address where you would like emails to be forwarded to in the field under " Forward to".



Finally, click save on the bottom right of the settings window/popup. You have now set up (or disabled) email forwarding. We recommend that you now test the forwarding by sending a test email.
