For security reasons, emails cannot be sent from our standard email service's server without user authentication. This security feature which is increasingly commonplace in the industry is designed to limit abuse of our outgoing email server by 3rd parties seeking to send spam or reduce resource usage on their own email servers.

In addition, customers should be aware that there are sending limitations to our email services, for our enhanced email service there is a limit of 500 automated messages being sent in any 24 hour period. When emails are sent from our WebMail client this number increases significantly but is still limited. Customers who exceed a sending limit will have their accounts automatically temporarily suspended.
